Most client-portal software charges monthly per user or per seat. We don't. The table below is real 2026 pricing from each vendor's public site, modeled on a small studio running 10 active client engagements with two team members.

Why we don't charge monthly
Why we use per-client pricing instead of monthly subscriptions.
Client work is bursty. Tax practices have 180 active clients in January and 80 in July. Wedding photographers have 60 clients in June and 6 in December. Boutique law firms close a matter and don't touch it again for 18 months. Monthly subscription pricing forces you to pay for the peak, every month.
Slot packs let you pay for the actual volume. Buy a pack when your book grows. Sit on unused slots through quiet seasons. We don't want a recurring drip from your bank account, we want to be useful when you need us.
Hire a third partner? Your tool cost doesn't change. Per-user pricing punishes growth. Slot pricing rewards it.
What runs underneath
The infrastructure your money and your files actually run through.
We don't hand-roll payment systems or invent our own database. We use the same providers your bank, your accountant, and your favorite SaaS already trust, and we keep everything in EU regions wherever the provider supports it.
