Can I have multiple engagements with the same client?
Yes. Each engagement is its own portal. The client sees them as separate workspaces (or as one consolidated view, your choice).
What if my engagement ends and I don't have new work?
Buy slots when you need them, nothing the months you don't. The unused slots stay in your workspace. No expiry on slot packs (except the unlimited annual).
Does it work for retainer + project-based mix?
Yes. A retainer client and a project-based client both count as one slot each. The difference is in the workspace setup, not the billing.
Can my client invite their team into the portal?
Yes. The agency Owner can grant the client multi-user access. Useful for engagements where the client has a procurement person, a finance person, and a sponsor all needing visibility.
