ClientNest365 started as an internal tool. We were running a small agency and our client relationships were spread across email threads, shared Drive folders, WhatsApp DMs, and an invoicing tool that had its own login. Each tool was fine in isolation. Together they made every Friday afternoon a search-and-recovery exercise.

We tried the obvious portals: SuiteDash, Dubsado, HoneyBook, Copilot. They all worked. They all cost a monthly subscription whether we onboarded ten clients that month or zero. The bill stayed the same in slow months and during sabbaticals. That stopped making sense the third time we paused billing “until things picked up.”

So we built ClientNest365 on a different shape. You pay for the clients you onboard. Quiet month means a quiet invoice. Busy month means top up. The portal is real software with real features (files, approvals, messages, invoices, an AI concierge that knows your portal), but the economics finally match what a service business actually looks like.

What we believe

Software for service businesses should adapt to the shape of the work. Not the other way around. We build slowly, on purpose, with one strong opinion at a time. The first opinion was pricing. The second was magic-link client access, because your clients don't need yet another password. The third was AI inside the portal from day one, not as a bolted-on add-on.

Who's behind it

ClientNest365 is a product of Forge Workflow Holdings. Sister products in the Forge Workflow Holdings portfolio include client-adjacent tools for agency operations, contracts, and vendor management. Each one is a separate product with a separate team and separate brand. They share one operating principle: pay for what you use.
